Waiting for silence to speak.

For http://www.octpowrimo.com/2014/10/OctPoWriMoDay7.html Challenge Day 7

In the middle of the night
When everybody sleeps
The awakened me
Wait for silence to speak.

The full moon night
The owl that has forgotten to hoot
The wind is calm
A strangeness prevail.

I try to hear the voices of the calm
As I watch through the window the night
of the full moon,
Hark silence
Speak to me
Let me hear your voice
Let me read your mind
You may have a story too
Like the leaves of the thunder fallen tree.

I am running late while posting the poems everyday. Not even finding enough time to comment on the poems of others, though I read them from time to time going back to the days. Enjoy

Beautifully written. I could picture myself staring out of the window and watching the silvery glow of the moon

The cosmic intelligence is incessantly articulate. One has to wait for that moment which you often do .shutting all undesirable sounds you may hear the song of the universe.

Your poems these days are very spiritually oriented and I am happy.
