Once upon a time
I wrote about you me and love
The tormented souls
The rejected heart
The corporeal flowers
The late night talks
The fervour
The coffee
And the drama
These days I don't write about love
But of failed lovers
Like you and me
And the dim blue light
Under which we entwined
Like lost birds
Forever seeking the unknown
Amidst the known.
